Alumni Roadmap Group

This program is designed to guide entrepreneurs through four key phases of business development:

> Establishing a Strong Foundation
> Building Momentum
> Refining Operations
> Scaling for Growth

Participants will complete essential tasks like legal filings, brand creation, budgeting, and marketing strategies within the first 30 days. Over the next 60 and 90 days, they will focus on content creation, customer feedback, financial planning, and process improvements. The final phase, spanning 120 days, emphasizes strategic partnerships, scaling efforts, and setting long-term growth goals. By following this comprehensive plan, entrepreneurs will solidify their business operations and position themselves for sustainable success.

Village Launch Catalytic Fund

The Village Launch Catalytic Fund (VLCF), in partnership with Abundance Capital, provides specialized financial support to underrepresented entrepreneurs. Designed for Village Launch alumni, this program offers accessible loans ranging from $10,000 to $75,000 with a maximum 5% interest rate. Entrepreneurs can benefit from standard six-month loan deferments, with options for up to 24 months upon review, along with a 5-year repayment plan that includes no fees or penalties for early payoff. This initiative emphasizes the importance of funding for business growth, addressing barriers often faced by small business owners.

The application process runs annually from February to September, with the Village Launch Team guiding alumni through the process. The VLCF Advisory Committee evaluates applications, reviewing documents and providing funding recommendations to Abundance Capital. Once approved, Abundance Capital ensures compliance and releases funds to support the entrepreneur's business growth. This program plays a critical role in helping alumni scale their businesses and achieve long-term success.
